CFOC, 3rd Ed.was released June 2011 by the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Public Health Association and The National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care and Early Education.
There are currently 3 versions – 1 print and 2 web based - available. The content on all versions is the SAME—the method of accessing them is the only difference.
